Great ideas do not come from corporations or government departments. Great ideas come from great people. Talent is the holy grail that all businesses seek, few find and many squander when they actually happen upon it. True talent or ‘greatness’ is rare. A person with a great mind can alter the world around them – often even if it doesn’t want (or know that it wants or needs) to be altered.

Manchester Masters is based on the graduate development programmes that some of the world’s biggest corporations offer to attract the best talent for themselves.

It will offer only 10 hand-selected graduates (recruited via a nomination and intensive selection process) from across universities within the Manchester City Region the opportunity to sample marketing roles within four very different organisations, over the course of a year and be paid a salary while doing so.
